The Architectural Board of Review shall organize at its first meeting by electing a Chairperson and a Secretary. The Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of the Board which shall be available in the office of the Building Commissioner at reasonable times. A Chairperson and Secretary shall be elected every January.
An architect member of the Board may not review any plan or design in which he or she may have any interest, either direct or indirect, for example, his or her own work, that of members of his or her firm or work for a client of his or hers.
