There is hereby established an Architectural Board of Review, consisting of the Mayor, the Councilmanic representative to the Planning Commission and three architects, one or more of whom may be a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals. If there is an insufficient number of architects on such Board of Zoning Appeals, the Mayor shall designate sufficient architects to provide the required membership of such Architectural Board of Review.
The Mayor may designate three alternative architects as alternate members of the Architectural Board of Review in the event the regular architect members of the Board would be unable to serve for any length of time, thereby impeding the business of such Board. Such alternate architect members shall serve as substitute members only during such periods designated by the Mayor. The term of the members of the Architectural Board of Review shall be the term of service of the Mayor or the termination of their appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 71-25.
