The Mayor shall be a resident of the City of Lyndhurst for one year next preceding his/her election and have the qualifications of elector therein. The Mayor shall continue to reside in the City during his/her term of office. The Mayor shall not hold any other public office of public employment, except that of Notary Public or member of the State militia.
