159.21 UNIFORM AND FIREARM PROFICIENCY ALLOWANCES FOR POLICE AND FIRE CHIEFS AND EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

(a) The Chief of Police and the Fire Chief shall be entitled to a uniform allowance as provided for in the collective bargaining agreements applicable to the collective bargaining members of their respective departments.

(b) The Chief of Police and the Executive Officer of the Police Department shall be entitled to the firearm proficiency allowance provided for in the collective bargaining agreements applicable to the Police Department.
