(a) The Fee Schedule for each application for review by the Architectural Board of Review shall be as follows:
One, Two and Three Family Dwellings
New Construction | $100 |
Additions, Alterations | $75 |
All other Buildings or Structures
Based on square feet of Aggregate Floor Area
Under 2,500 | $150 |
2,500 to 7,500 | $200 |
7,500 to 15,000 | $250 |
Over 15,000 | $300 |
Alterations | $150 |
Signs | $75 |
(b) Fees for the Architectural Board of Review are for two appearances. There is a $25.00 fee for the third and each subsequent appearance.
