After the completion of five full years of continuous service, longevity shall be earned as follows:
At the completion of the fifth through the ninth year of continuous service | 2% of current annual salary |
At the completion of the tenth through the fourteenth year of continuous service | 3% of current annual salary |
At the completion of the fifteenth through the nineteenth year of continuous service | 4% of current annual salary |
At the completion of the twentieth year and over of continuous service | 5% of current annual salary |
