159.04 MECHANIC FOR CITY VEHICLES.

There is hereby created the position of mechanic for City vehicles, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Mayor shall notify the Director of Finance in writing of the applicable hourly rate that shall be in force from time to time.
