(a) Council finds and determines that it is in the best interest of the City and its residents to join the Suburban Water Regional Council of Governments upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement attached to original Ordinance 2003-8 as Exhibit “A”.
(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized and instructed to enter into and execute the Agreement for Establishments of the Suburban Water Regional Council of Governments upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement attached to Original Ordinance 2003-8 as Exhibit “A”. (Ord. 2003-8. Passed 2-3-03.)
