(a) The Fee for Registration/Bonding is One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for all or any part of the calendar year in which application for Registration/Bonding is made and shall expire on December 31st of said year.
(b) Failure to register and/or comply with the bonding requirements herein before starting any work for which a permit is required shall result in the required fee being doubled in cost.
(c) The Building Commissioner may revoke the registration and license of any person, firm or corporation who has registered under this Chapter, but has violated the provisions of the Building Code(s) for which a permit has been issued and has failed to correct said violation(s) in a reasonable time frame and manner, after notice of said deficiency and or violation notice was properly given or for any other reason such as multiple violation(s) on more than one job in a two year period, continual poor workmanship, or other related matter(s) for just cause.
