1341.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Lyndhurst shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Lyndhurst may contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
