1393.99 PENALTY.

No person shall fail to provide Notice and a complete copy of a Foreclosure Complaint involving a parcel located within the City of Lyndhurst to the Building Commissioner within ten (10) days after filing the Complaint. Whoever violates Sections 1393.02, 1393.03 or 1393.04 of this code is guilty of failure to file Notice of a Foreclosure Complaint, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
