157.04 LEGAL DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   "Discrimination" is defined as conduct that is harassing, offensive, or disruptive. Discrimination encompasses any form of harassment based on any legally protected classification under state, federal, and local law.
   (b) "Sexual harassment" is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and verbal, physical and visual conduct of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment exists when employment decisions are based upon sexual conduct, or when the workplace is so permeated with conduct of a sexual nature that it alters the terms and conditions of employment and creates an abusive and hostile working environment.
