157.02 PURPOSE.

It is the primary goal of this policy to provide the employees of the City with a work environment free of discrimination, including sexual harassment. This policy intends to state clearly the City's policy regarding discrimination, with specific attention to gender discrimination and sexual harassment, and to provide for disciplinary action in the event the policy is not followed.
