1503.03 INSTALLATIONS; CONTENTS.

   A key box shall be installed on a property in a location approved by the Fire Prevention Bureau and shall contain the following:

   (a)   Keys to locked points of ingress and egress, whether on the interior or exterior of the buildings;

   (b)   Keys to locked mechanical equipment rooms;

   (c)   Keys to locked electrical rooms;

   (d)   Keys to elevator controls;

   (e)   Keys to other areas, as directed by officials of the Fire Department; and

   (f)   A plot map of the premises showing pertinent information, as requested by officials of the Fire Department.
