137.02 ASSISTANT TO THE SERVICE DIRECTOR.

There is hereby created the position of Assistant to the Director of Service. Such Assistant shall perform such duties as are prescribed by the Mayor and the Director of Service. Such Assistant shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
