1385.11 PROHIBITED LOCATIONS OF HEATING EQUIPMENT.
   (a)   No heating equipment, including water heaters, which burn solid, liquid or gaseous fuel, shall be located in any bedroom, bathroom, toilet room or any room used for sleeping purposes, unless specifically approved for such use.
   (b)   Firewood for use in solid fuel burning appliances shall be subject to the following regulations:
      (1)   Two (2) cords or 256 cubic feet of firewood is the maximum amount allowed to be stored on any single lot at any one time.
      (2)   Firewood must be placed so as to be a minimum of eight inches (8") above the surrounding grade.
      (3)   Firewood may only be stored in the rear yard and placed not closer than three feet (3') to any side or rear property line.
      (4)   Firewood is to be kept neatly stacked or stored or in an otherwise orderly fashion.
