(a) All plumbing fixtures in a dwelling structure shall be supplied with running water from the Municipal water supply system.
(b) All sinks, lavatories, tubs and showers shall be supplied with hot and cold running water properly connected to plumbing fixtures.
(c) All plumbing fixtures in a dwelling structure shall be so designed and installed as to prevent contamination of the water supply system and shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair.
(d) Every dwelling unit shall be supplied with water heating facilities which are installed in an approved manner properly maintained and properly connected with hot water lines to the fixtures required to be supplied with hot water under this section. Such water heating facilities shall be capable of heating water to such a temperature as to permit an adequate amount of water to be drawn at every required kitchen sink, lavatory, tub or shower at a temperature of not less than 120 degrees Fahrenheit under normal use.
(e) All plumbing fixtures in a dwelling structure shall be connected to a public sanitary sewer except where a septic tank connection is the only available treatment and has been heretofore permitted. Septic tank connections shall be terminated when a sanitary sewer is available.
