1383.09 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.

The Board of Zoning Appeals, as established by the Zoning Code, shall be the board of appeals for this Code, and its powers and duties and the procedures for appeal shall be as provided in the Zoning Code. In the case of Section 1383.06, the time for appeal shall be three days from the date of order. Notices of appeals to adjoining owners will not be required. (Ord. 70-49. Passed 9-21-70.)
