Public swimming pools are permitted in Multi-Family Districts only upon a special use permit granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals and confirmed by Council. The Board shall authorize such use only upon being satisfied that noise will not adversely affect the use of surrounding property. Off-street parking requirements are to be determined prior to granting a special use permit.
