1363.07 POLLUTION.

No body of water, whether it is a natural or an artificial body of water in the City, which contains sewage, waste or other contaminating or polluting ingredients rendering the water hazardous to health, and no body of water which fails to meet the requirements of this chapter, shall be used for swimming or bathing purposes by any person or persons.
