(a) In accordance with Ohio R.C. 2925.03, there is hereby established a Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund. All money forfeited to the City pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03 or Section 624.02 of the General Offenses Code shall be credited to this Fund.
(b) The Director of Safety is hereby authorized to accept all mandatory drug fines and forfeited bail imposed for violations of Ohio R.C. 2925.03 or Section 624.02 of the General Offenses Code.

(c) The revenues of the Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund shall only be used to subsidize the law enforcement efforts of the City that pertain to drug offenses.
