The provisions of this chapter shall be supplemental to the Zoning Code and to other provisions of this Building and Housing Code, except such provisions of this Building and Housing Code which are inconsistent herewith, which, to that extent only, shall be and are hereby repealed; otherwise, they shall remain in full force and effect.
