(a) Lyndhurst Commercial Improvement Fund. (EDITOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) was repealed by Ordinance 96-63, passed December 16, 1996.)
(b) Street Improvement Fund.
(1) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish a capital improvement fund, to be identified as the Street Improvement Fund, to be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of receiving and disbursing all monies related to making capital improvements to various streets throughout the City.
(2) Expenditures from said Fund shall be made by the Director of Finance upon receipt of the proper certificates and vouchers approved by the City Engineer and such other officers authorized by law or by Council.
