The Building Commissioner and, where applicable, the employees and agents of the City Building Department, are hereby authorized and directed, commencing on July 5, 1993, to collect and remit, on behalf of the Ohio Board of Building Standards, an assessment equal to three percent of the prescribed building permit fees as required by Senate Bill 359 and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-1-50.
