1351.18 WORK STARTED WITHOUT A PERMIT.

Where work, for which a permit is required by this chapter, is started prior to obtaining such permit, the fees required by said permit shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of these Codified Ordinances or any other law of the State or ordinance of this Municipality.
