For each extra inspection in connection with the installation, alteration, removal, addition, or demolition of any building pursuant to a building permit issued where such extra inspection is made necessary by faulty or incomplete work, whether construction, plumbing, heating, electrical or otherwise. Also included are extra inspections concerning business occupancy, rental, and ordinance violations due to faulty or incomplete work, the Building Commissioner shall require the payment of a fifty dollar ($50.00) fee per each extra inspection.
