1323.07 REPLACEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION; PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

Replacement and construction of driveways shall require a permit to be issued by the Building Commissioner. The cost of such permit shall be as provided in Chapter 1351. An appeal may be had to the Board of Zoning Appeals in accordance with the provisions of Section 1154.06 in the event the Building Commissioner refuses to issue a permit.
