1323.04 WIDTH IN OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICTS AND IN RETAIL DISTRICTS.
   Premises in Office Building Districts and in retail districts shall be limited in the width of entrance-exit driveways consistent with the open land characteristics of the premises provided for off-street parking and with the safety of the users thereof and persons and vehicles on adjoining or nearby public roadways, in accordance with the following standards at the curb and street line. In the case of new construction or replacement of driveways, the following standards shall apply:
 
Lots not more than 75 feet wide
Not more than 33-1/3% of main frontage for driveway width.
Corner lots
One additional driveway from side street.
Lots between 75 feet and 100 feet wide
Not more than 30% of main frontage.
Lots 101 feet and up
Not more than 25% of main frontage, however, not to exceed 50 feet in two or more driveways, or 30 feet in one driveway.
