There is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) and related codes as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, and as identified and published in Division 4101:1 et seq. of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) including all updates and appendices thereto. In addition, all previous editions shall remain in full force and effect unless subsequently modified. (Ord. 2011-95. Passed 12-5-11.)
