Ward Four is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the corporation boundary and a line which is the westerly extension of the rear lot lines of the properties fronting on the north side of Fairlawn Road; thence easterly along such lines of such Fairlawn properties referred to above to the intersection with the centerline of Richmond Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Richmond Road to the intersection with the centerline of Mayfield Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Mayfield Road to the intersection with a line which is an extension of the rear lot lines of the properties fronting on the west side of Winchester Road; thence southerly along such westerly lines of the properties on the west side of Winchester Road to its intersection with the centerline of Cedar Road; thence westerly along the centerline of Cedar Road to the western-most corporation line; thence northerly, easterly, northerly, easterly and northerly along the corporation line to the intersection with a line which is an extension of the rear lot lines of the properties fronting on the north side of Fairlawn Road, which is the place of beginning.
