1136.15 TREE LAWNS.

The tree lawns shall be graded to a slope of three-eighths of an inch per foot rise from the top of the curb to the front of the sidewalk and shall be graded four inches below the finished grade. There shall be a minimum of four inches of good topsoil spread, rolled, surfaced, seeded and fertilized.
