(a) A minor subdivision, which involves the division of a parcel of land along an existing public street that is fully improved and which does not involve the opening, widening or extension of any road or street and does not involve more than five proposed lots, shall be exempt from the requirements of final plat approval and Sections 1134.06 to 1134.16 of these Regulations.
(b) Such a minor subdivision shall be filed and recorded in the offices of the County Auditor and County Recorder by an authorized representative of the City within thirty days after preliminary plan approval by the Planning Commission and Council, provided that all required fees, charges, expenses and guarantees as required by Section 1134.20 have been paid to the City.
