The final plat in final executed form, together with the fee required by the County Recorder, shall be given to the Building Commissioner and City Engineer so that the final plat may be filed with the Cuyahoga County Recorder.
Divisions of parcels provided for in Section 1132.04 are also subject to the requirements of the preceding paragraph, to the extent that if such division is allowed by Council, it will not be effective until a tracing of the plat is provided, executed by the subdivider and given to the Building Commissioner and the City Engineer in final executed form, together with the fee required by the County Recorder and payment of all fees, charges, expenses and guarantees owed to the City, so that such a plat may be filed with the Cuyahoga County Recorder.
