1134.15 FILING OF MAINTENANCE BOND.

After the improvements are completed and approved by the Roads and Utilities Committee of Council and the City Engineer, the subdivider shall provide the City with a three-year maintenance bond for at least fifty percent of the final construction costs for all improvements installed.
