1134.13 INSPECTION OF COMPLETED IMPROVEMENTS.

Following the completion of the permanent paving, an inspection of all improvements installed by the subdivider, as listed in Chapter 1136, shall be made by the Roads and Utilities Committee of Council and the City Engineer. Any defects disclosed by this inspection shall be corrected by the subdivider.
