   1134.07 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND PROFILE PROCEDURES. (SEE EXHIBIT 2 FOLLOWING THE TEXT OF THIS CHAPTER).
   (a)   The subdivider shall submit three blue or black line prints of the proposed improvement plans and profiles to the City Engineer who shall check the proposed improvement plans and profiles against all requirements herein listed in Chapters 1134 and 1136.
   (b)   The city engineer will then forward the prints of the proposed improvement plans and profiles, together with his or her comments and recommendations, to the Building Commissioner for his or her review and comments.
   (c)   A written report of the reviews shall be provided to the subdivider and the Planning Commission.
   (d)   The subdivider may submit the proposed improvement plans and profiles at the same time that he or she submits the final plat to the Building Commissioner and the City Engineer.
