The approval of a preliminary plan shall be valid for a maximum period of one year and shall guarantee that the terms under which the approval was granted will not be affected by changes to these Regulations. To extend an approval at the end of one year, the subdivider shall resubmit the complete preliminary plan to the Building Commissioner, the City Engineer, the Planning Commission and Council for a full review.
