1132.05 EXCEPTIONS.
   Whenever the City Planning Commission finds, because of unusual topography or other physical conditions concerning the land, that practical difficulty or extraordinary and unnecessary hardship may result from strict compliance with these Regulations, it may recommend to Council that any applicable provision of these Regulations be varied so as to relieve such hardship, provided that such variance may be granted without detriment to the public interest and without impairing the intent and purpose of these Regulations, the Lyndhurst Zoning Code, or other applicable provisions of the laws of the City of Lyndhurst.
