No plat of any subdivision shall be recorded with the Cuyahoga County Recorder or have any validity until it has been approved by the City as provided in these Regulations. In the event any unapproved plat is recorded, it shall be considered invalid and the Commission may institute proceedings to have the plat stricken from the records of the Cuyahoga County Recorder.
