1110.03 OFFICERS.
   (a)   The officers of the City Planning Commission shall consist of a Chairperson, who shall be the Mayor, and a Vice-Chairperson, who shall be the Council representative.
   (b)   The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Commission and shall sign all documents, papers, minutes, reports and records pertaining to the affairs and business of the Commission. The Secretary shall attest to all documents, papers, minutes, reports and records required herein to be signed by the Chairperson. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall perform the duties of the Chairperson.
   (c)   The Secretary of the Commission shall keep an official record, in the form of minutes, of all the proceedings of the Commission and shall have charge of the filing and preservation of all records, papers and other data belonging to the Commission or its officers and, in addition, shall do and perform all such other duties as may from time to time be required by the Commission.
   (d)   The Director of Law shall be the counsel of the Commission and as such shall be the legal advisor and attorney for the Commission and attend to such other correlated matters as may from time to time be delegated to him or her by the Commission.
