959.03 REGULATIONS GOVERNING ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
   The following regulations shall govern the issuance of permits for baseball fields owned by the City:
   (a)   School activities shall have first priority.
   (b)   Permits shall be issued only on written requests from a group desiring a particular field or play area, such request to be signed by the adult in charge of the group.
   (c)   Groups must be under the supervision of an adult while using the area.
   (d)   There shall be no fencing of diamonds on City property if it interferes with the use of other diamonds.
   (e)   All cars shall be kept off of playground areas and parked in designated parking lots. The parking lot around the City Hall shall not be considered as an authorized parking lot for baseball purposes.
   (f)   Organizations to which permits are issued shall be responsible for and pay for any damage while using the area.
   (g)   Permits will be canceled unless the above regulations are adhered to.
