The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to disburse to the Pool Managers the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) to be used by them as a petty cash fund for the purpose of making change. The Pool Managers may be required to give an accounting of such funds at such reasonable times as the Director may required.
