The Mayor shall supervise the management and operation of the Municipal swimming pools, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, and shall appoint, promote, transfer, reduce or remove all personnel and employees necessary for such management and operation. The Mayor may delegate such management and operation to the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Recreation Board.
