951.04 COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

All commercial establishments shall procure the services of a private hauler to dispose of their garbage and rubbish. Pick-ups and disposal shall be made with such frequency as to prevent an unreasonable accumulation of garbage and rubbish endangering the public health and welfare, and any unreasonable accumulations are hereby declared to be a nuisance.
