771.20 AMENDMENTS TO PERMIT.
   (a)   At any time during the term of this Permit, the Council, the Mayor or the permittee may propose amendments to this Permit by giving thirty days written notice to the other of the proposed amendment(s) desired, and both parties thereafter, through their designated representatives, will, within a reasonable time, negotiate in good faith in an effort to agree on mutually satisfactory amendment(s). Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as limiting the parties' ability to agree to amend this Permit, as provided for herein. This Permit may only be amended in writing, by ordinance enactment by the Council for the City.
   (b)   Any telecommunications or utility right-of-way Permit granted under this chapter may be amended only in accordance with subsection (a) hereof and only in writing and by ordinance enacted by Council. (Ord. 97-54. Passed 7-7-97.)
