The permittee shall maintain and preserve its corporate existence, its business, and all of its rights and privileges necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of said business. The permittee shall maintain its good standing in its state of incorporation and continue to qualify to do business and remain in good standing in a foreign jurisdiction in which it conducts business. All of the properties, assets and equipment of the facilities and the system shall be maintained in good repair, working order and good condition. Process in any action, legal proceeding or procedure under this Permit or in any way related to this Permit may be served on the permittee either in person, or by registered mail addressed to the permittee at the address set forth herein or any update thereof.
