768.14 SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYEE LICENSES.
   The Chief of Police shall suspend a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business employee license for a period not to exceed thirty days if he or she determines that a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business employee licensee has:
   (a)   Violated or is not in compliance with this chapter;
   (b)   Engaged in excessive use of alcoholic beverages while on the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business premises;
   (c)   Refused to allow an inspection of the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business premises as authorized by this chapter;
   (d)   Recklessly permitted gambling by any person on the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business premises; and
   (e)   Demonstrated an inability to operate or manage a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business in a peaceful and law abiding manner, as evidenced by conviction for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
