   765.08 PURCHASES FROM MINORS; HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (a)   No secondhand dealer shall receive or accept a secondhand article from a minor, knowing or having reason to believe him or her to be such.
   (b)   No secondhand dealer shall receive a secondhand article from any person between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
