751.08 STREET REQUIREMENTS.

All roads used for ingress and egress to the drilling site, including, but not limited to, roads leading to tanks or wellheads, shall be concrete or asphalt and shall be kept in a clean and functional manner. Any debris shall be removed from City streets immediately.
