The proposed location of all wellheads shall be no closer than 100 feet from any abutting property line and shall be located in such a way as to minimize their impact on adjacent property owners. Property owners who are part of the drilling unit may waive this requirement in writing. All tanks shall be located no closer than 100 feet from any inhabited dwelling and shall be located in such a way as to minimize impact on adjacent property owners. The well bottom shall be located no closer than 300 feet from any adjacent property line and shall be located in such a way as to minimize impact on adjacent property owners.
